Carleton NOW readership survey here’s what you had to say

The results are in! And, I am pleased to announce they are quite positive.

I was happy to see that 334 Carleton NOW readers took the time to complete the survey. And the results are encouraging. The great majority of you (83 percent) would rate the publication good to excellent, and find the articles to be informative or very informative (78 percent). General campus news was the overall winner as favourite topic (72 percent).

A large number of respondents (approximately 45 percent) also indicated they would like to see an increase in the number of viewpoint and opinion pieces published each month; however, only eight percent indicated they would be interested in contributing articles to Carleton NOW – time to make your voices heard, readers!

As far as branching out, 50 percent of readers said they would read the recently unveiled Web version of Carleton NOW. Future plans for the Web publication include supplementary articles and breaking news.
