Carleton mourns the loss of Dick Power

The Carleton community was saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Dick Power on March 12. Dick was a Co-op Co-ordinator in Carleton’s Co-op Office. The Co-op Office hosted a memorial service on March 16, giving all those on campus who knew him the opportunity to come together and remember his life.

Dick held his Newfoundland roots close to his heart, and had been an avid athlete. He leaves behind his wife Cynthia Daley, as well as many loving family members, friends and colleagues.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Newfoundland Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation or the Ottawa Hospital Foundation.
