Life from a different perspective

Trevor Lewis, a coordinator in the career development and co-operative education office, will be spending his entire work day on April 1 in a wheelchair in support of Muscular Dystrophy Canada. For many years, Lewis has talked with prospective students about the accessibility of the Carleton University campus but decided that the only way to know for sure if the university has the most “mobility-friendly” campus in Canada was to work for a day in a chair. He hopes to raise $1,000 and has set up a Facebook event.
