Twenty award-winning faculty and staff

Carleton is proud to celebrate the many accomplishments and contributions of this year’s recipients of internal awards for excellence in teaching, research and professional achievement. The Research, Teaching and Professional Awards are intended to enhance the research productivity and quality of instruction at Carleton University. Carleton’s President will be hosting dinners in honour of this year’s award recipients, as well as the 2003-2004 Davidson Dunton Research Lecturer and the 2004-2005 Marston Lafrance Research Fellow.

Both the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Public Affairs and Management recently held receptions to celebrate the accomplishments of faculty, researchers and staff. The receptions recognized grant and professional achievement award winners including special designations such as that of Chancellor’s Professor. The gatherings also provided an opportunity to showcase faculty publications, and present faculty-specific achievement awards.
