Alumni perks

Today’s graduates join the Carleton University Alumni Association, a thriving organization of 90,000 alumni living and working in Canada and around the world. Here are some of the great perks of membership:

– continued access to your Connect email account—even after graduation;

– exclusive savings from affinity partner services, including investment advice from Clearsight Wealth Management, insurance and financial products, and hotel accommodations;

– great on-campus benefits, including discounts on Sprott School of Business professional programs, Library borrowing privileges, and reduced rates on athletics memberships;

– and much more!

After Convocation, alumni will receive a new Carleton I.D. card that can be used to register in the Carleton Café Web site, an award-winning on-line community for graduates. This virtual meeting place is where alumni can find old friends, catch up on news and events, and access the many great services for graduates. Drop by today at carleton.ca/alumni!

Giving back

Help create a legacy for your class at Carleton through Class Act, the University’s Graduating Gift Campaign. The campaign encourages graduates to invest in the future of Carleton University by donating $20.04 (a gift symbolizing their graduating year) to create the endowed Class of 2004 Bursary with the help of the Ontario Student Opportunity Trust Fund (OSOTF). Through this program, all new donations from individuals or corporations made to endowed student aid before December 31, 2005, will be matched dollar-for-dollar by the Ontario government. If you want to find out more about making a difference for future generations of students through OSOTF or help the class of 2004 leave a legacy, please visit: alumni.carleton.ca/giving/classact.html
